Yogsutra™ Cold-Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, with its natural coconut aroma and flavour and no additives or preservatives. It is pressed slowly at low temperature, the cold-pressed way, and labelled virgin. We follow authentic extraction processes to preserve the natural goodness.
Kitchen uses: Medium-heat sautéing, South Indian dishes such as avial, thoran and coconut chutney tadka, and baking, where it can stand in for butter.
Pack: 1 litre (1 × 1L).
Storage: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Coconut oil turns solid below about 24°C; this is natural. Warm the bottle gently in lukewarm water to make it liquid again.
