This Shipping Policy explains how Yogsutra ships orders placed on yogsutra.org.in.
Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control may occur.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1200. Orders below that are charged the courier rate shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp, SMS and/or email.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
