Yogsutra™ Jaggery Cubes 470g Jar (resealable jar) is unrefined jaggery made from sugarcane, with a golden-brown colour and a rich, caramel-like taste. No additives or preservatives are added. We follow authentic processes to preserve jaggery’s natural taste.
Kitchen uses: Drop a cube into chai, have one after meals, or melt down for til-gur laddoo, chikki and gur wali roti.

Storage: Airtight container in a cool, dry place. Jaggery can harden or clump a little over time; this is natural and doesn’t change the taste.
Good to know: Colour and texture can vary slightly from batch to batch, as is normal for jaggery made from sugarcane. Keep the jar on the dining table for a sweet bite after meals.
