Yogsutra™ Jaggery Crystals 500g is unrefined jaggery made from sugarcane, with a golden-brown colour and a rich, caramel-like taste. No additives or preservatives are added. We follow authentic processes to preserve jaggery’s natural taste.
Kitchen uses: Spoon into chai, coffee or milk; sprinkle on daliya, porridge or fruit; use in baking and everyday recipes that call for a granular sweetener.

Storage: Airtight container in a cool, dry place. Jaggery can harden or clump a little over time; this is natural and doesn’t change the taste.
Good to know: Colour and texture can vary slightly from batch to batch, as is normal for jaggery made from sugarcane. Try it in banana bread, dalia or a glass of warm milk.
